Birger Meling is a Norwegian professional footballer who primarily plays as a left-back or left midfielder. He was born on September 17, 1994 in Trondheim, Norway.
Meling began his professional football career with Rosenborg BK in 2015, where he quickly established himself as a key player for the team. He helped Rosenborg win multiple Norwegian league titles and domestic cups during his time at the club.
In 2020, Meling signed with French Ligue 1 club Nimes Olympique. He has also represented the Norway national team at various youth levels and made his senior debut in 2018.
Known for his pace, technical ability, and crossing skills, Meling is considered one of the top Norwegian talents in his position.
